Pulses like gram, pea, black gram, green gram, give protein
which is responsible for growth and repairing of dead cells.
Oil seeds like soybean, groundnut, sesame, caster mustard

Vegetables, spices and fruits provide us vitamins and
minerals in addition to all above mentioned items.
What if one did not take these foods which are nutritious?
These may lead to diseases which are caused due to mal
nutrition.
What is mal nutrition?
Mal nutrition is a process by which the body of a person
becomes deficiency to some of useful substance.
It may lead to death and this death may come sooner than
expected.
At this stage the body of the affected the person looks slim
and pale and he will not be able to move properly.
To overcome this the person has to see doctor and take
adequate amount of steps to prevent death.
Be with nature
We are man kind. we made a big mistake by taking soft drinks
in take of earth creation for which we offer which makes you soon healthy but
alcoholic drinks make you sleep to be nutritious we have to take fruits and
vegetables. Do not eat for your taste. Eat for your health.
Roughage
A man should need nutritious food and roughage. Roughage is
a diet in which there is higher concentration of fibre and lower concentration
of nutrient. It is usually used to fill the stomach. The roughage was mostly
being used in cattle. The cows are fed with foods which contain more roughage.
Let us also know the nutrients in the meat briefly.
Fish: it is the cheapest source of animal protein.
Contains 90% of proteins which are useful in maintaining eye health growth of
the body.
Broilers: these are main sources of meat. Examples
such as emus, chicken, ostrich which are eaten across the world. Most of the
people eat it for the taste. But it is nutritious but the vegetarians need not
worry.
The pulses give them lots of protein. The Indian foods
contain a balanced diet in which rice [carbohydrate], sambar [proteins,
vitamins and minerals], rasam and more, contains all needed nutrients. So we
conclude that the Indian foods and the culture is the best food for a
nutritious diet. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian eatables contain proteins.
